The provisional Merit List is prepared on the basis of the form submitted by the candidates (without verifying the information with original documents)The candidate enlisted in the provisional Merit List are advised to bring :

• Reporting Form Verification with Original Documents and Admission Dates 21st, 22nd & 23rd June, 2016.
• Duly filled in downloaded Application form along with Original Bank Deposit (Rs. 200/-) Receipt.
• Original Admit Card for Secondary Examination or Equivalent Examination for age verification.
• Passport / Stamp Size Photographs – 2 (Two)
• Mark sheet of H.S.(10+2) / or Equivalent Examination-2016.
• SC/ST certificate in the name of the candidate for Reserve Category Seats, if applicable, from Competent Authority at the time of form verification/Submission otherwise the Application Form will be rejected.
• Attested copies of (3), (5) & (6)

After verification of the form, the candidate will be given the "Admit Order" by the College on 21st, 22nd & 23rd June, 2016 and thereafter the candidate will have to deposit the Admission Fees to Bank Of Baroda, Sealdah Branch.
