Documents Required

• Original Admit Card for Secondary or Equivalent Examination for verification of Age Proof.
• Passport / Stamp Size Colour Photographs – 2 (Two).
• Orginal Mark sheet of 10+2 / or Equivalent Examination-2016.
• Original OBC-A / OBC-B.certificate in the name of the candidate to be produced at the time of Form Verification/Submission, if applicable.
• Original SC/ST certificate in the name of the candidate for this Reserve Category, if applicable, from Competent Authority at the time of form verification/Submission, otherwise the Application Form will be rejected.
• Attested copies of (1), (3), (4) & (5).
