Notice for Semester IV Students

As per the Curriculum and Credit Framework of the UGC, the duration of Honours Undergraduate programmes (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., and B,M.S.) is four years. However, students have the option to exit with a Bachelor's degree (without Honours) after completing a three-year (six-semester) programme of study.

Students willing to exercise the Exit Option after 3 years must note the following:

• Student must have no arrear papers.
• The student must have no pending fees.
• The student will have to obtain library clearance, and laboratory clearance, where required.
• The student will have to have completed all required Internship, Community Service and co-curricular credits.
• Parental consent form will have to be submitted.
• The student will be required to surrender the ID card given by the college.

Note: Students who have arrears but wish to exercise the exit option will have to appear for and clear the arrear paper/s in order to be eligible to be awarded the Bachelor's Degree.
