Second allow list for wait listed candidates for taking admission in the vacant seats,will be published on 25/06/2016 after 06:00 P.M. Separate allow list for candidates of Mathematics Honours who have appeared in the admission test will be published on 25/06/2016.
Verification of Mark Sheets and other relevant documents from the students Admitted from 1st Allow List will Start from 21/6/2016 and continue upto 29/06/2016. Time : 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Venue : Iswar Chandra Sabha Kakkho Students have to bring fees deposit challan, print out of the admission form, mark sheets (in original) and all other relevant documents as mentioned below.
DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION / FINAL ADMISSION Admit card/age proof certificate: Madhyamik Examination or equivalent: Original and one photo copy. Marksheet : Higher secondary or equivalent: Original and one photo copy. Authenticity Certificate and transfer certificate: In case of incumbents from boards other than H.S, I.S.C and C.B.S.E. Two copy coloured pass port size photograph of the candidate. Photocopy of Photo identity proof of the guardian (Voter I.Card / PAN Card / Driving License / Bank Pass Book front page / Passport etc.) and one copy coloured pass port size photograph of the guardian. Transfer certificate from college authority if the student is already admitted to any other college. Caste certificate for SC, ST and OBC candidates and Disability Certificate for Physically Handicapped candidates from appropriate authority: original and one photocopy. The above documents along with print out of the application form duly signed by the incumbent and his/her legal guardian to be produced at the time of counseling / verification / issuing of admit order.
