Admission Procedure 2016-2017

The College offers 3-year undergraduate Honours and General Courses in Science and Humanities (Arts) under the affiliation of Calcutta University.

Students passed 10+2 level board examinations from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE), ISC, CBSE, and different boards of other states in India (as approved by the University of Calcutta : click http://wbchse.nic.in/html/equivalent_athourities.html) are eligible for admission to this college following the eligibility criteria mentioned (Click Here). College shall not be liable for admission/ranking in the Merit List in case your previous 10+2 board is not approved by the University of Calcutta.

Application for 3-year B.A./B.Sc. Admission in Honours and General courses for the session 2016-2017 shall be online (www.vcfwadmission.in/stage1/admlogin.aspx) from 17th May, 2016 to 4th June, 2016 upto 11:59 P.M.

• Application will not be considered without payment of Application fees (Rs. 200 for each application) within the stipulated deadline.
• Admission will be strictly on the Merit Basis.
• After publication of the Merit List, admission in Honours Courses will be after counselling in the College (click here for details).
• All admissions are provisional subject to approval of the Calcutta University.
