This is for information of all concerned that forms for admission to the school in the academic session 2014 will be available from the school office from both the main building, 73, Bidhan Sarani Office & 32/8, Beadon Street, campus on the 18^th, 19^th, 20^th & the 21^st of september (11:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M.).

Guardians are requested to collect the prospectus / forms against payment of rs 300/- only. They must submit two copies of recent passport size photographs of the child along with a joint photograph of both parents with child and xerox copy of the birth certificate.

Completely filled up forms must be submitted on the 26^th, 27^th of September or the 1^st of October. You are requested to keep the counterfoil receipt along with the printed serial number for future reference. Selected candidates / guardians would be informed about date of interview over phone.

Eligibility :

• Lower Nursery - 3 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
• Upper Nursery - 4 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
• Transition - 5 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
• Class I - 6 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
• Class II - 7 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
• Class III - 8 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
• Class IV - 9 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
• Class V - 10 yrs. & above on 1^st of January 2014
