St. Sebastian's School was founded in the year 1980 by our founder and Secretary, Lt. C. K. Rozario. Mr. C. Rozario saw the need to provide good education to the many children who did not have any school they could attend in this locality. He founded St. Sebastian's School in commemoration of his second son Sebastian Rozario. The school is affiliated to the Council, for the I.C.S.E. & I.S.C. Examination, New Delhi.

The school is managed by a very competent Christian Society with the guidance of the Missionaries, staffed with trained teachers mainly adopt in dealing with small children. The aim of the Institution is to impart sound education by forming in the pupils, good habits of piety, high sense of discipline, virtue and to be useful and loyal citizens of India in their future career. Method of education followed in the school is the system taught and practiced by Saint John Bosco. It is based on love and affection, correction and the fear of God. Another unit of St. Sebastian's school has been started at Lake Gardens. We are also coming up with new branch in Bangladesh.

Application forms are issued from the office after the second week of November. Admission to this school is to be considered a privilege and not a right. It is valid as long as the student maintains the discipline and rules of the School and is a credit to it. The school reserves the right to refuse admission to any Child without assigning a reason. Children who complete 3 years in March are eligible for admission to Nursery.
Guardians seeking admission for their wards have to produce Birth Certificates from the Municipal Office, recent passport size photograph, Doctor Certificate of physical fitness, transfer certificate. Selection after the test and interview along with the parents.
Admission fees and other fees once paid will not be refunded. A student once admitted cannot be withdrawn without a month’s fee in lieu of notice.
Admission for class XI, please check the Notice Board in the month of January.

This Institution is an English Medium School where every effort is made to teach the students to handle English effectively as a written and spoken language.
Bengali and Hindi is compulsory subject as vernaculars. In the three Language schemes of Secondary Education subjects are English, Bengali, Hindi, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, History / Civics, Environmental Education, Economics, Computer, SUPW, Moral Science, G. K. & Multimedia for K. G. Section.
The school prepares students to appear for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Examination ICSE and ISC - Science and Commerce, New Delhi.

An admission fee equivalent to tuition fee for a month will be charged at the time of admission and any other fees as may be expected (if any, and whenever necessary)

Fees must be paid before the 12th of the same month, fees after 12th will be accepted along with a fine of Rs. 10/- for that month and Rs. 20/- in the next month. If the fees run into the arrears for more than three consecutive month the defaulter's name is liable to struck off the roles. A student may be Re-admitted only after all arrear are paid along with a re admission Fees of Rs. 500/- only.

One month notice (One Calendar Month) must be given or one month's fees be paid in lieu, before a student is withdrawn.

The Tuition fee must be paid for twelve months (English calendar Month) and broken periods.

A student will not be allowed to repeat the same class for a third year and has to leave the school.

In all question for promotion or failure the Principal's decision is final.

Pupils are liable to charge full fees as long as their names have not been officially struck off the rolls.

No Transfer certificate will be issued until a written application from the parents/guardians is received and dues to the school have been paid in full.

Fees must be paid to the clerk-in-charge only.

Fees are received from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on all working days.
