Important Dates 2016

• It is hereby notified to all concerned that admission to B.A. First Year Honours (1+1+1) class under University of Calcutta in the year 2016 will take place according to the norms and guidelines of the University.
• Students who have passed the Higher Secondary (WBHSE) or equivalent examination are eligible to apply for Honours courses (provided they have studied the subject wherever mentioned).
• Application will have to be filled in online by logging on to the college website: www.sanskritcollege.co.in.
• The process of online application will commence from 20-05-2016 (From 00.01 A.M.) and will close on 31-05-2016 (till 11:59 P.M.).
• Dates for submission of Online Application Fee at the College Street Branch of Bank of India (opposite Sanskrit College, Bankim Chatterjee Street) : From 21-05-2016 to 04-06-2016 during bank working hours.
• The first provisional merit list is scheduled to be published online on 13-06-2016 (11:00 A.M.).
• Corrections of errors and discrepancies, if any, in the merit list will have to be brought to the notice of the Admission Committee, Sanskrit College in writing by 15th June, 2016 before 1:00 P.M., after which no appeal to rectify the Merit List will be entertained.
• First counseling for admission will begin from on 21-06-2016 (12:00 Noon).
