Aggregate is total of best four subjects excluding Compulsory Environmental Education / Environmental Studies for all boards including West Bengal Higher Secondary Council for 2016 as well as 2015 ONLY.

General Rules :

• Best four should be considered excluding Environmental Science (unless it was an elective paper with 100 marks) and the candidate should pass in English (in a 100 marks paper).
• Environmental Studies/ Environmental Education NOT to be included.
• Pass in Min. Five subjects of 100 marks each.
• Also they must have given English exams of 100 marks.
• Candidate can apply to a maximum LIMIT of FIVE Honours subjects and ONE General Course.
• Application Fee Rs. 250/- for each application.
• No. of Copies of Pay-in-slip – College Copy, Bank Copy, and Applicant’s Copy.
• Aggregate = Best OF 4 (%)
  NOTE: In case of Subject (%) OR Related Subject (%) (whichever is higher) will be taken into consideration.
• In case of TIE in MERIT Index mark Subject or Related Subject Marks will be used as Tie Breaker.

For SC OR ST Candidates :
Only SC or ST candidates from West Bengal are eligible for Reservation.

No student from Vocational & Agriculture Streams will be admitted in Honours / Major Courses and in B.Sc. General Courses.
