    + Eligibility for MBA in Human Resource Management - MBA (HRM)

    Honours minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/PWD) candidates or equivalent courses where Honours are not available, from a recognized university; Graduates in any professional course (Engineering, etc.) LL.B. (5 years) of a recognized University are also eligible. Those who will be appearing in such examinations within June 2021 may also apply.

    + Selection Process for MBA in Human Resource Management

    • The CAT scores of the applicants is obtained from the IIM admission committee.
    • On the basis of a cut-off mark of the CAT score, the candidates are called for Group Discussion and Interview at IISWBM Calcutta.
    • The final list of the selected candidates will be prepared strictly on the basis of merit.
Admission Process
Standard Admission Process is followed for admission to MBA (HRM) – 2 Yrs. Program. Please follow the steps documented below carefully.

    + Option-I

    • Download the DL Form, Admission Brochure and IISWBM/State Bank of India Power Jyoti A/c No. 32495656710 Challan.
    • Deposit the amount specified for the particular course to any branch of State Bank of India against the Challan and DL Form duly filled in.
    • Please courier/speed post the hard copy of completed Application Form, copy of Payment slip and copies of all applicable documents to–
      IISWBM, Management House,
      College Square West,
      Kolkata-700 073.
      The originals will be needed for Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
    • No application will be entertained if the form reaches the Institute after the mentioned last date.

    + Option-II

    • Collect Application Form and Admission Brochure against cash payment of the amount specified for the particular course from the reception counter of IISWBM.
    • Follow the mentioned last date for issue and submission of the completed Admission Forms.

  • Read the Brochure to check eligibility and other details.
  • Download the Application Form and study the information requirement.
  • Refer to the Checklist for list of documents that should be attached.
  • Last date of issue and submission of Form is 22nd February, 2023

Submission of Application:
Application Form and Admission Brochure can be collected from the reception counter of IISWBM against cash payment of Rs. 1500/- or online (www.iiswbm.edu).

Payment & Submission For (A) above, you can drop the filled up Application Form at IISWBM drop box or courier the same to the IISWBM address.

For (B) above, you can pay by cash at IISWBM when you submit the filled up Application Form.		 Follow the path provided above and pay through NEFT, Debit Card and Credit Card
Admission Checklist You must submit photo copy of all the applicable documents along with your Application Form. Come with the originals if and when you are called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview for verification.     + Admission Schedule

    Semester Examination in Masters in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) shall be held within six months form the commencement of the course.

    The date of examination will be duly notified.

    In each academic session, two semester courses will be simultaneously conducted. I and III or II and IV for two different batches at the end of which corresponding semester examinations will be held.

    Admission to MBA (HRM) is based on CAT Scores along with GD & PI and academic background of the candidate. Application form and Brochure are available by August of the previous year i.e. for session beginning in 2022, the announcement is made by August 2021.
