Admission Guidelines

PLEASE MAKE SURE

• You have a mobile number that you can use till 15th August 2016.
  The mobile number that you provide in your Application will play a careful roe in your Admission.
• Do not submit more than one (1) Application.
• You can APPLY FOR as MANY SUBJECTS as you wish IN ONE FORM.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Application

• Submit Online Application Form.
• Take a printout of Application Fee Payment Challan
• Pay Application Fee (at specified branches of AXIS Bank)
• Preserve security pin sent by SMS in your registered Mobile Number
• Check your Application Status on the website on scheduled date
• Report disputes if any on scheculed date(s)
• Check Merit List on scheduled date

** The Application Fee is Rs. 250/- for one course and thereafter Rs. 50/- for every Additional Course.

Online Counselling

• Check your Merit Rank to asses your chances of getting a seat.
• Select your course preference and request for a seat online.
• Furnish Bank Account details for security deposit refund.
• Pay security deposit to validate your seat request (at specified branches of AXIS Bank)
• If you get a seat you will be alerted by SMS and on the website.
• If you do not get a seat your security deposit will be refund to your registered bank account (after deduction of bank charge not exceeding Rs. 25/-) within thirty days

• The SECURITY DEPOSIT to request a seat is Rs. 1100/-.
• You do not have to pay Additional Security Deposit for requisting a seat for more than one (1) course.
• You do not need to have a Bank Account in your name. A BANK ACCOUNT HELD BY YOUR GUARDIAN OR A RELATIVE CAN BE USED TO ACCEPT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND
• If you cannot provide any bank account you may still request a seat. Your money will be refund after you open a Bank account and furnish account details.

Verification

• If you get a Seat, appear for Physical verification with your credentials
• Pay balance Admission Fee

• PAYMENT OF SECURITY DEPOSIT AT ONLINE COUNSELLING DOES NOT GUARANTEE A SEAT
• GETTING A SEAT WILL DEPEND ONLY ON YOUR MERIT RANK – NOT ON YOUR PREFERENCE
• IF YOU QUALIFY FOR A SEAT IN MORE THAN ONE COURSE, THE SEAT OF YOUR HIGHEST PREFERENCE WILL BE RESERVED FOR YOU
• YOUR NAME WILL BE DELETED FROM THE MERIT LISTS OF ALL OTHER COURSES
• IF YOU DO NOT GET A SEAT, YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED
• IF YOU GET A SEAT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE ADJUSTED AGAINST YOUR ADMISSION FEE
• IF YOU GET A SEAT FOR ANY OF THE COURSES THAT YOU HAVE SET A PREFERENCE FOR, SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
• YOU NEED NOT SET A PREFERENCE FOR ALL THE COURSES THAT YOU APPLIED FOR
• IF YOU DO NOT SET A PREFERENCE FOR A COURSE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THAT COURSE
• IF YOU DO NOT APPEAR FOR VERIFICATION YOUR CANDIDATURE WILL BE CANCELLED AND ALL FEES & CHARGES WILL BE FORFEITED
• ADDITIONAL ROUNDS OF ONLINE COUNSELLING WILL BE CONDUCTED TO FILL UP VACANT SEATS IF NECESSARY
