INFORMATION REGARDING ADMISSION FROM 1ST MERIT LIST ON 15/07/2016

• Admission for sixteen (16) seats (General-10, NDC-02, SC-03, ST-01) will be processed from 1st Merit List on 15/07/2016 (Friday) from 11:00 A.M.
• First 40 (forty) rank holders of all category applicants, all SC/ST applicants (from rank 41 to 110) and all Narasinha Dutt College (NDC) applicants (from rank 41 to 110) in the 1st merit list of C.U. and C.U. Autonomous Colleges of current year are asked to be present on 15/07/2016 (Friday).
• Reporting time for admission is 10.30 A.M.. College authority will not be responsible for admission of an applicant if he/she reports after 10.30 A.M. on the day of admission.
• Applicants are advised first to deposite Rs.4,000/- in cash at admission table on 15/07/2016 (Friday) for admission positively. Rest amount of Rs.15,000/- have to pay in cash to the Central Bank of India, Narasinha Dutt College Branch on the same day within 3:30 P.M.
• On the day of admission, the applicant must be present with the following documents
  
  • Hard copy (printout) of online submitted valid application form duly signed by applicant and his(/her) guardian.
  • Original receipt of the Pay-In-Slip duly signed and stamped by the Bank along with photocopy.
  • All original Marksheets & Certificates alongwith photocopies.
  • Original Secondary Admit Card (for age proof ) alongwith photocopy.
  • Original documents in support of caste (for SC/ST candidates) alongwith photocopies.
  • One recent stamp size coloured photo.
• Venue: Department of Mathematics (2nd Floor, N. Block), Narasinha Dutt College

N.B. : C.U. and C.U. autonomous college applicants of current year in the 1st merit list not getting scope for admission on 15/07/2016 (Friday) may appear in the Entrance Test on 16/07/2016 (Saturday) to enlist in 2nd merit list.

INFORMATION REGARDING M. SC. ENTRANCE TEST ON 16/07/2016

• The following applicants may appear in the Entrance Test to be held on 16/07/2016 (Saturday)
  
  • All Honours pass out valid Non- C.U. applicants of current year and immediate preceding year.
  • Applicants in the 1st merit list not getting scope for admission held on 15/07/2016 (Friday).
  • C. U. Honours pass out valid applicants of immediate preceding year
• Question pattern of Entrance Test: 25 Short answer type each of 2 marks.
• All answers must be given using blue/black ink ball-pen only.
• Logarithmic tables / Calculator / Any kind of electronic gadgets are not allowed in the examination hall.
• Venue of Entrance Test: Narasinha Dutt College Campus.
• Date of Entrance Test : 16/07/2016 (Saturday) from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M
• Reporting time: 12:30 P. M.
• Documents to be produced at the time of Entrance Test
  
  • Online generated Admit Card with signature in appropriate places. (Submit college copy of Admit Card to the Invigilator in the examination hall.)
  • Original receipt of the Pay-In-Slip duly signed and stamped by the Bank.
  • Original B.Sc.(Hons.) Part-III Admit Card (for photo verification).
