Nani Bhattacharya Smarak Mahavidyalaya (NBSM), Jalpaiguri was established in 2000 in B.D. Memorial English H.S. School, Jaigaon, subsequently shifted to a rented premise of the Toorsa Tea Garden. The college has been the culmination
of boundless aspirations of the people of this locality. It is presently housed in its own building. The college is providing higher quality education to the students and excels in areas pertaining to their all round development and up gradation of society at large. The college offers undergraduate courses in discipline of Arts and the curriculum is designed by the Boards of Studies of North Bengal University. The college is well equipped with all modern facilities and it is affiliated to University of North Bengal.
