Admission to M.A. / M.Sc. Courses, 2016 shall be conducted online.

Admission forms for the session 2016-2017 will be available from 08.07.2016 (11.00 am) to 28.7.2016 (8.30pm) for Bengali, English, Political Science, Geography, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Mathematics, Microbiology and Physics on the following websites:

Candidates are requested to check this website regularly for any change of dates.

Students from Calcutta University / Other recognized Institutions / Universities are eligible for admission to this college.

Applicants are required to deposit application fees at any core banking branch of Indian Bank through cash only on presentation of challan (Bank copy) which can be downloaded after submitting forms online.

The Indian Bank challan will be valid for 10 days including the date of submission. Candidates are instructed to pay within 10days of submission of forms or 29.07.2016 whichever is earlier. Please refer to the table below for more clarification.

Kindly note that the Bank Challan Generation Server will not be available between 8.45 PM to 6.30 AM every day. Hence, kindly do not make any applications during this period. Any attempt to apply during this period will not be entertained by the College.

Forms will not be considered valid unless payment is made to the bank

• Candidates must take a print out of the application form and challan generated after successful online submission of the forms and produce the same at the time of admission.
  
  Applicants are required to deposit application fees at any core banking branch of Indian Bank through cash only on presentation of challan (Bank copy) which can be downloaded after submitting forms online.

• Kindly note that the Bank Challan Generation Server will not be available between 8.45 PM to 6.30 AM every day. Hence, kindly do not make any applications during this period. Any attempt to apply during this period will not be entertained by the College.
• Fees must be remitted to the bank within the stipulated time given below. Banks won’t receive any fees after the stipulated time.
• For payment of application fees to the bank, kindly refer to the following dates:

  Banks won’t receive any fees after 29.7.2016. College will not entertain any payment made to the bank after stipulated time.

• The price of each form is Rs. 500/- only.
• Forms will not be considered valid unless payment is made to the bank.
• There is no need to submit the college copy of bank challan or application form to the college immediately. The candidates are required to produce the challan and copy of admission form at the time of admission only.
• For hostel accommodation candidates are required to check the hostel option on each form. No further application for hostel will be entertained once the form has been submitted online.

• Final merit list of the selected students will be available on the notice boards (college and this site) for all subjects. The dates for the same will be announced shortly.
• A self financing computer-training course is held in collaboration with WEBEL Informatics Ltd. (under Dept. of Information Technology, Govt. of West Bengal). Candidates interested in this course may take admission on the same day.
