Admission Notice

• Candidates who have passed H.S. or its equivalent examination in 2016 are eligible for admission to First Year.
• 1st Phase of Admission Forms of First Year B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. will be available online from 17.05.2016 to 14.06.2016 (midnight) from the College website www.khudirambosecentralcollege.com. Cost of Admission form is Rs. 200.00 only. Only on 14.06.2016 the Mode of Payment Challanwill be generated from the website only upto 3:00 P.M. and offline Bank Payment will be available upto 4:00 P.M. on that date.
• FILLED UP ADMISSION FORM must be submitted online along with scanned copies (in jpg format) of
  • Class XII mark sheet.
  • Class X admit card (for age verification).
  • Passport size photograph.
  • Caste certificate (if applicable).
  • National Level Certificate (For Sports Quota)(if applicable).
• It is mandatory that candidate seeking admission to First year must have passed English of not less than 100 marks.
• Aggregate marks shall be calculated by adding the marks in top 4 subjects, in order of marks, secured by candidate.
• Marks in Compulsory Environmental Education / Studiesshall not be considered for calculating aggregate marks.
• If Environmental Science of 100 marks is studied as an elective subject it may be taken into consideration while calculating aggregate marks.
• Sports Quota – Candidates must produce National Level Certificate
• A candidate can take honours in subject not studied in Class XII if he / she studied the related subject in Class XII.

  Honours in	Related Subjects in class XII
  Education	Psychology/ Philosophy / Mathematics / Sociology / Economics / Political Science / History shall be treated as related subject
  Accountancy	Accountancy / Business Economics including Business Mathematics / Business Organisation / Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Economics / Statistics / Business Studies / Office Practice and Secretarial / Financial Accounting / Elements of Cost Accountancy and Auditing / Book Keeping / Commerce / Cost Accountancy & Principle of Management shall be treated as related subject

• During the time of admission two attested copies of the following documents have to be submitted.
  • Class X Admit Card
  • Class XII Mark Sheet
  • SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B /Other Minority Certificates
  • Original Character Certificate from school last attended
  • 2 copies of recent passport size photograph (not attested)
• All Original documents have to be produced for verification without which admission will not be entertained.
• On the date of admission, after verification of documents in college, the exact amount of admission fees must be deposited in the bank on the same date, failing which admission will be cancelled (STATE BANK OF INDIA, BEADON STREET BRANCH, KOLKATA - 6).
