Documents Required At the Time of Admission 2016-2017

• Original and attested photocopy of mark – sheet of (10+2) examination and madhyamik or equivalent examination.
• Original and attested photocopy of admit card of madhyamik, higher secondary or equivalent examination.
• Original and attested photocopy of caste certificate for reserved category candidates.
• Original and attested photocopy of income certificate in case of bpl category candidates.
• Original and attested photocopy of certificate for physically / visually handicapped candidates.
• 1 (one) copy stamp size recent colour photograph.
• Migration certificate in original (for boards other than wbchse/cbse/isc candidates).
