The following are to be attached with the submitting forms: Photo copy copies of:

• Character Certificate/School Leaving Certificate
• SC/ST/Physically Handicapped Certificate.
• Passport size photo (2 copies)

Any excess payment made at the time of admission will be adjusted later.
