Important Dates Related to B.A. / B.Sc. Admission 2016*

# For candidates depositing fees at HDFC Bank branches through system generated challan.

**Candidates must have to be present on the stipulated date and time for verification/final admission or cancellation with all the documents (Mark Sheets, Certificates, School Final or equivalent Examination Admit Card, Caste certificate of the candidate, etc.) in original, original candidate’s copy of Bank receipt for admission fees, Print-out of Application form. Only on medical ground parent, instead of the candidate, may present the documents on the date of verification. In that case parent has to produce proper medical documents regarding the illness of candidate. If any candidate (or her parent) fails to be present on the stipulated date and time of verification her candidature will stand cancelled.

• This year (2016), Hooghly Women’s College is going to start the admission process on and from 23.05.2016 through online completely. Students have to submit all fees for form submission and admission at their nearest HDFC Bank branches through our software generated challan. So for admission purpose, no monetary transaction will be required in the college premises or anywhere, other than our specified Bank.
• A candidate may cancel her admission on or before last verification date (i.e., 14.07.2016) through a written application to Principal. In that case only tuition fees collected will be refunded on a date to be notified later on.
• For any query or clarification, a candidate may contact in person to Admission Helpdesk at college within 11:30 AM to 03:30 PM on and from 23.05.2016 to 31.05.2017 at Room no. M05 or call 033-2680 8945 (Admission helpdesk No.) / 033-2680 5033 (College office No.).
