Admit cards will be issued on production of  Applicant’s copy of the challan in support of payment of application fee, one stamp sized photograph and the admit card of the last university examination. |
Important points regarding ‘Admission Test’ to be held on 27th August, 2016.
- Only those applicants from CU not getting admission in 60% seats reserved for CU students on the basis of merit are eligible to appear at the ‘Admission Test’. Applicants from all other universities are eligible to appear at the admission test. The candidature of the applicants eligible for the admission test but not appearing at the same will not be considered further.
- All applicants from CU not getting admission to 60% reserved seats and all applicants for other universities must see the list of eligible applicants for admission test to be published in this website on 19th August, 2016 at 4 p.m. Any eligible candidate not finding his/her name in the list must bring the matter to the notice of the college authority within 22nd August, 2016.
Important points relating to Admission :
- Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit. Reporting time must be strictly followed. If any merit-listed applicant does not report in time, the next applicant in the merit list will be given the chance. Applicant not reporting on the scheduled date and at the scheduled time will not have any further claim for admission.
- Admission is not guaranteed for the wait listed candidates. After the admission from provisional merit list is over wait-listed candidates will be admitted on the basis of merit according to the availability of seats.
- Total no. of seats : 62 (Reserved for SC-22%, ST-6%, OBC-A-10%, OBC-B – 7%) and PWD-3% in all categories.
Documents to be produced at the time of Admission :
Each selected candidate must produce the following documents at the time of Admission :
- Mark-sheets of B.Com. Part-I, Part-II and Part-III in original.
- Age-proof document in original.
- Cast Certificate in original FOR SC, ST, OBC(A), OBC(B) CANDIDATES.
- SC, ST, OBC(A) and OBC(B) applicants of the state of West Bengal only are eligible for reservation facility.
- Two stamp-sized photographs

One self attested photocopy of :
- Mark-sheet (B.Com. Part- III).
- Age-Proof document.
- Cast certificate.[SC, ST, OBC(A), OBC(B)]
- A Certificate issued by a Doctor of any recognized Government hospital stating therein the percentage of disability (at least 40% disability as per the Government rules) for Physically Challenged Candidates.
For admission to this college an applicant who was previously admitted to another college or university must produce a Transfer Certificate (in original) / Cancellation Certificate at the time of admission.
The applicants must remain personally present along with any of their parents or local guardian. Any outstation applicant who has mentioned the name of the local guardian in the online application from is allowed to bring local guardian at the time of admission.
Students are to bring Rs.1,560 in cash for the purpose of admission.
