Applicants placed in the PROVISIONAL MERIT LIST NO. - I and PROVISIONAL MERIT CUM WAITING LIST NO. - I, II and III must report on the dates mentioned above. If seats are available they will get the chance of admission on the basis of merit.
:: Important Points Relating to Provisional Merit List and Admission ::
- Applicants placed in different merit lists must report half an hour before the scheduled time of admission as stated above.
- If any listed applicant fails to report on scheduled date and time he/she will not get any further chance of admission. All concerned are to note that on merit based admission if any applicant is absent, the next applicant in the merit list is admitted. No request for considering the absence on the scheduled date and time on any ground will be entertained.
- Publication of name in the provisional merit list does not guarantee admission which is subject to physical verification of all information stated in electronically submitted application and payment of online application fee. For such verification applicants must bring all the original testimonials as stated in Admission Notice dated 31.05.2011.
- College’s copy of the challan duly stamped by the bank must be produced at the time of admission.
- S.C. and S.T. candidates must produce the original Caste/Tribe Certificate failing which they cannot avail of the reservation facility.
- Physically challenged candidates must produce the Original Medical Certificate issued by a Doctor of any recognized Government hospital and the percentage of disability must be clearly stated in such certificate.
- Any case of non-inclusion of name of any deserving applicant in the list must be reported to the undersigned with the copy of bank challan within the specified date mentioned above.
- Selected local applicant seeking admission are directed to remain present with his/her parent at the time of admission. However, outstation candidate is allowed to remain present with his /her parent or local guardian.
- For admission to this College applicant who have already got admission to another college must produce Transfer Certificate in original or Proof of Cancellation of previous admission at the time of admission.
- Applicants are directed to bring with them Rs.940/- to be paid during admission. The break up of fees is as follows :
