The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published the results of CWE clerks preliminary examination 2016. The candidates can check the results from the official website, ibps.in

How to check?

• Go to the official website
• Click on the link, 'Cick here to view your result status for CWE Clerks preliminary examination'
• Enter the necessary details
• After submitting the same, the results will be displayed on the screen
• Take a printout for future use

The exams were conducted in November. Now, the main examination will be held on December 31st and January 01st, 2017.

About the exam: The exam will consist of 200 questions based on reasoning, English language, quantitative aptitude, general awareness (with special reference to banking), and computer knowledge. The duration of the exam would be for two hours and 15 minutes. It will carry a total of 200 marks.

There will be a penalty for wrong answers as one fourth (0.25) mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, then, there will be no penalty for that question.
