B.A. & B.Sc. Admission Notice 2015Date : 13.06.2015

For any kind of discrepancy in merit list and application and admission process please feel free to mail us at principalddmc@rediffmail.com along with proper document (e.g. name of the candidate, application ID no. etc.) within 2:00 P.M. on 14th June, 2015.

Final List of Individual Rank of Applicants will be published on 15th June, 2015.

First merit list and the date of admission will be announced on 15th June, 2015.

Admission 2015 shall be conducted online.

Admission will be conducted strictly on the basis of merit.

Admission on the basis of merit shall be done online. Students need not to come to the college for admission. Admitted students have to come to the college campus only for the verification of testimonials after admission and not before that.

All dates given are tentative dates subject to change.

Applicants are instructed to check website in a regular interval for any updates.

For admission process, students are requested to take their admission according to the merit list and scheduled date. If the date is over, no student will be allowed to take admission.

To take admission, please see the merit list and corresponding date of admission. You have to use your login I.D. and password to take admission online. Like application process, open your page and go through accordingly.

Applicants are required to pay Admission fees either through online mode of payment or to deposit the fees at any branch of ICICI Bank in West Bengal through cash only on presentation of challan (Bank copy) which can be downloaded after log in to your account created during application.

Admission fees for each course will be printed on the bank challan of admission.

Banks won’t receive any fees after 4:00 P.M. on the corresponding dates.

Admission will not be valid unless payment is made.

Students are requested to come to the college office along with original testimonials and other documents within 10 days from the respective date of admission.

Reporting time :
Day section : 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Women’s (Morning) Section : 08:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M.

Necessary articles you have to bring during verification :

• Print out of your Profile page (submitted during application process). One passport size photograph must be pasted on that.
• Original marksheet of 10+2 level along with one self attested photocopy.
• Original certificate of Age proof (e.g. admit card of Madhyamik examination or, Birth certificate) along with one self attested photocopy.
• Original Caste certificate or certificate of Disability (if applicable) along with one self attested photocopy.
• Original challans of application and admission (College copy).
• Any other supportive document for the data you have given during Application process.

N.B. :

• Female students will be able to take admission in B.A. / B.Sc. Honours in the Women section but their classes will be held in Day Section.
• WOMEN CANDIDATES FOR B.A. GENERAL COURSE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED IN DAY SECTION.
