THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE COLLEGE OFFICE DURING ADMISSION

• Print copy of Application Form with photograph pasted and signed by the Applicant and the Guardian on the appropriate places
• Original Bank Challan for Application Money deposition
• Original Bank Challan showing the deposit of Admission Fees
• All relevant documents in ORIGINAL and
  • Self attested photocopy of Mark sheet of H.S./ Equivalent examination.
  • Self attested photocopy of Registration certificate of Higher Secondary Examination.
  • Self attested photocopy of Admit Card of Secondary Examination.
  • Self attested photocopy of Caste Certificate for Reserved category. OBC candidates should carry Specific Certificate for A/B category.
  • Self attested photocopy of Physically Challenged Certificate, if applicable.
  • Self attested photocopies of other necessary documents.
  • Self attested photocopies of School Leaving Certificate.
• Three copies of Passport size Photographs.
• A CD containing Name, Subject, Application No., Digital copy of Passport Photo and Signature of Candidate.
