Admission Instruction

All the applicants applying to Bijoy Krishna Girls' College for the admission in UG (B.A/B.Sc./B.Com) Honours & General courses must read the following instructions carefully and also abide by the rules of admission given bellow fully before proceed to apply.

Once the application form is submitted successfully, a unique Application Number will be generated automatically. Applicant should have to note and preserve the Application No. carefully. After that Applicant can make the application fee payment immediately after Login to the Applicant Panel using "Pay Fees to SBI Bank" link or it can be made later on to the SBI bank from the Applicant Panel after Login.

Once the form is submitted successfully, applicant will have to pay the application fee using State Bank Collect facility of State Bank of India and update the Payment Status from the Applicant Panel and get the print out of the filled-in Application Form. Applicant should keep the bank receipt safely. Receipt copy will be required to deposit at the time of admission counseling. Application submitted online will be valid only after depositing the application fee (Rs. 300/-, excluding bank charges) to the bank within 7th June 2016.

This system will remain open for online form submission from 18th May 2016 to midnight of 6th June 2016. Provisional Merit List will be published on 16th June 2016. Applicants are advised to provide a valid mobile number so that college may communicate about their rank and date of counselling / admission. Applicants are requested to visit the Applicant Panel frequently for getting admission related notices, information, payment status etc.

Important Instructions : Applicant has to produced the print out of the Application Form along with testimonials & Fees payment receipt at the time of admission counseling, if shortlisted. Applicants are not required to submit any documents to the college either by post or by hand. Applicant must preserve the Application No for future references like admission. Applicants who will not be able to refer the Application No. cannot be entitled for any communications.

If at any stage of the admission process, marks or any information entered in online application system is found incorrect the application will be rejected and no claims of repayment of application fees will be entertained.
