UG ADMISSION 2016 - SECOND PHASE

Candidates must report according to date, time and venue mentioned below :

• The candidate should be present personally, the failure of which will cancel her candidature.
• Guardians will not be allowed to enter the College Premises.
• Admission fees are to be deposited to only at State Bank of India, Beadon Street Branch, Kolkata - 700006 on the same day or on the next working day of the Bank.
• After payment of Admission Fee to the Bank, the candidates are required to submit the Money Receipt to the college office on the same day within 5 p.m. to finalise the Provisional Admission.
• There is no hostel facility in the college.
  At the time of admission Applicants must bring a print out of the downloaded application form received after online submission duly signed by the guardian.

⇒ Documents to be produced at the time of admission :

• Admit Card of Secondary Examination as Age-Proof : Original & one attested photocopy
• Marksheet of (10+2) Examination : Original & one attested photocopy
• Bank Challan received on payment of Application fees : Original
• SC / ST / OBC/ Physically handicapped Certificate (If applicable) : Original & one attested photocopy
• One recent Passport size photograph bearing the candidate’s signature.

Laminated Marksheets will not be accepted.

Admission may be denied if any of these documents are not produced at the time of admission and any future claim will not be entertained.

⇒ Fees to be paid at the time of admission :

Important Information :

• Admission will be strictly in order of merit.
• Candidates should report on the specified date and time. Doors of the Admission Room / Hall will be closed after the scheduled reporting time. Those who reported in time, but failed to get admission will be considered for next phase of Admission.
• For admission a SC/ST candidate must secure not less than 25% and an OBC candidate must secure not less than 10% of index mark of the last admitted candidate in General category in each Honours subject.
• All admissions are only provisional subject to final approval by the University of Calcutta.
• Admission will be cancelled if any document is found to be false at the time of admission or at any later stage.
