PG ADMISSION NOTICE 2016

NOTICE DATED 27.07.2016

• The candidate should be present personally, the failure of which will cancel her candidature.
• Guardians will not be allowed to enter the College Premises.
• Admission fees are to be deposited to only at State Bank of India, Beadon Street Branch, Kolkata -700006 on the same day or on the next working day of the Bank.
• After payment of Admission Fee to the Bank, the candidates are required to submit the Money Receipt to the college office on the same day within 5 p.m. to finalize the Provisional Admission.
• There is no hostel facility in the college.
• For Physically Handicapped candidates 3% of seats are reserved in each category.
• At the time of admission Applicants must bring a print out of the downloaded application form received after online submission duly signed by the guardian.

DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

• Admit Card of Secondary Examination as Age-Proof :Original & one attested photocopy.
• Mark sheets of (10+2) Exam and B.A.\B.Sc.(Part I + Part Ii + Part III) :Original & one attested photocopy.
• Bank Challan (college copy) received on payment of Application fees : Original
• SC / ST / OBC/ Physically handicapped Certificate (If applicable) :Original & one attested photocopy.
• One recent Passport size photograph bearing the candidate’s signature.

• Laminated Marksheets will not be accepted.
• Admission may be denied if any of these documents are not produced at the time of admission.
• The candidates are requested to bring with them the Fees to be paid at the time of admission.
