B.A. & B.Sc. Notice for Document Verification and Counselling 2016

Admission to the 1st year B.A./B.Sc. (Honours & General), 2016 will start on and from 21st June, 2016. Applicants are hereby instructed to follow the below mentioned schedule regarding document verification, counselling and Admission.

Instructions to be followed by the Applicants regarding Admission Process

• Applicants must report at the specified room mentioned above with original filled up Application Form pasted with recent photographs, application fees receipt, mark sheet (H.S. or its equivalent), SC/ST certificate, madhyamik admit & address proof for verification.
• Applicant will be send for counselling as per merit list after checking his/her documents.
• Visit BANK OF BARODA, PARNASHREE BRANCH ONLY on the specified date (mentioned above) during banking hours (10:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.) to deposit his / her admission fee (Notified separately in the college website) along with the pre-printed three copies of challan, collected after getting ‘maybe admitted’ stamp.
• After due payment, collect one copy of bank challan (Student Copy) from the bank
• Submit the original copies of

  • Photocopy of bank challan
  • Copies of necessary documents (produced at the time of verification) including original school leaving certificate.
