N.B. :
Short listed candidates must produce their original Marksheets, Admit Cards, SC / ST / Physically Handicapped Certificates, Pay-in-slip (submission document) etc. at the time of Counselling, otherwise their cases will not be entertained.
Candidates are required to submit the following documents at the time of counselling :
- Printed Application Form (duly signed).
- Attested photocopies of H.S. / equivalent Marksheet.
- Attested photocopies of H.S. / equivalent Admit Card.
- Attested photocopies of Madhyamik / equivalent Admit Card.
- Attested photocopies of SC / ST / PH Certificate, if applicable.
