Post Graduate Admission Programme

Admission to the First Semester M.A./M.Sc. for the session 2013-2014
will be conducted as per the following schedule

1.	On-line submission of the application (log on to www.presidencyadmission.net)	18th July to 25th July 2013
2.	Receiving of application fee @ Rs. 150.00 per application at the listed branches of Axis Bank (after on-line submission)	19th to 26th July 2013
3.	Publication of Provisional Merit lists of Applicants from erstwhile Presidency College	26th July 2013 (after 3:00 P.M.)
4.	Admission tests to be held on	3rd and 4th August 2013
5.	Publication of Merit Lists (1st list with number of qualified candidates equal to the number of seats and 2nd list of remaining qualified candidates)	17th August (after 3:00 P.M.) to be displayed on the Departmental Notice Board and in the website www.presidencyadmission.net
6.	Counselling and Admission	26th August 2013 (for M.A.) 27th August 2013 (for M.Sc. – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, Geology) 28th August 2013 (for M.Sc. – Biological Science, Geography, Statistics)
7.	Welcome address by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor at the Derozio Hall and Classes to start on	29th August (at 11:00 A.M.)
